I am working on my Ph.D. – in the last stages, in fact – so my life is incredibly stressful right now. I sit for long periods of time researching and writing, so my back can get pretty sore. Since my Ph.D. topic involves children who have grown up in homes with domestic violence, their stories can be really hard to cope with. I have to take occasional breaks just to get away from the stress. Nuspine is perfect for those times.

I’ve seen a physical therapist and tried many exercise programs to try relieving my back pain. But the exercise programs weren’t effective, and the physical therapy sessions got too expensive to continue on student wages. I wanted a convenient program that I could do on a regular basis. So, when Nuspine popped up on my Facebook page, I decided to try it. The program fits perfectly into my schedule. Since I can run the daily videos off of my smartphone, Nuspine goes with me wherever I am. Usually I start the morning with the day’s exercises to establish a routine, but the program is also perfect when I need a study break.

There were several parts of Nuspine’s online exercise program that appealed to me. I liked the video module that made me focused on breathing — it was almost like a form of meditation. The balance portion was really challenging, but it developed slowly over the course of the videos, so it wasn’t too overwhelming. The flexibility exercises were also great because I’m pretty inflexible. Before Nuspine, my back would sometimes seize up and make it difficult to put on my shoes and socks – and I’m not that old!

I feel a lot stronger since starting Nuspine, and I’m still really happy with the program. I’ve tried a lot of ways to relieve my back pain over the years. Nuspine is the best option because it gives me control over my own progress. It’s up to me to decide how fast I go through the video modules — and that’s extremely important to me! Thanks to the morning routine and the stress reliever sessions, I can sit and work for longer hours — and just manage a whole lot better in general.

I have told friends about the program. I also made a point to tell my physical therapist that I thought that all her patients should try Nuspine – I found it that helpful!
